Around the natural oasis of the Valle dell'Inferno, in the
heart of Tuscany between Florence and Arezzo, in an enclave of
organic farming, in an unpolluted area, amongst rows of Malvasia vines, organic strawberry plantations, meadows of medicinal herbs, olive
groves, is where the historic house named IL PINO was renovated.
The renovation fully respects the style of old country farmhouses, even
the furniture has been restored in keeping with the original
rustic Tuscan style known as "arte povera", but with all
modern comforts including internet.
The warm and welcoming atmosphere will surely make you feel at ease.

The estate accommodates guests to revive old customs and
experiences of country life in the third millennium. A top farm
holiday resort, (a relais de campagne) the first to be classified as “Excellent” within a biodynamic structure which was awarded 5 Daisies. There are only two in Italy. It is a "5 ears" agritursimo, (like a five star hotel) without customers, we only accept guests.
Among the generous rows of grape “milk” producing vineyards, where the fragrance of Malvasia and Medicinal Herbs sweetly reign and where the strawberry red blends into the silvery green of olive trees is where the historical home IL PINO was renovated. It is in the heart of Tuscany (between Arezzo and Firenze) in an unspoiled setting. Intact fields only for organic farming fully respecting the environment. Modern comforts including internet have been blended into the character of the traditional farm houses and their precious and antique furniture. Preparing for the visitors an inviting and friendly setting. We wish to breathe with our guests (not customers) the experience of past farm life within the third millennium.

 The first objective of our farm was to create an "organic
farming oasis", not only for some products but for the whole
produce, not only the cultivated ones but their by products as
well, such as jams and teas, which are made with organic farming techniques. For this reason, all our farming
system is certified by the ICEA, the Italian Association for
Organic Farming, who have assigned us B1027 as our operating
number.

All our wine, fruit, olives, vegetables, jams and officinal
herbs comply with the strict EU regulations and we are proud
to sell genuine products.
Our products are not chemically treated. Hence, this system
Is more expensive but genuine produce is priceless especially in the
period of transgenic food.
One of our guests, a poet, wrote us the following:

Il Pino's dog house
The Dog House, a wonderful idea which fully complies with the high
quality of Il Pino.
Our dog houses are set in a green area, there are four little rooms, separate and independent, each with an open but partially sheltered yard, for shade and to protect from rain. We supply running water. Each owner will have a key to their dog’s house.
From the windows of the apartments most of the owners will be able to see
their dogs.

This marvellous Rolls Royce is made available to our guests to meet the high standards of both our guests and our services.
